Terms & Conditions

We appreciate you taking the time to read through our Terms and Conditions prior to your booking confirmation.

 

If the following terms and conditions are agreed to but not adhered too there will be a fee incurred and loss of deposit.

 

 

  • Customer must provide correct locking wheel nut key.

 

  • Location of the work being carried out must have suitable parking for our work vehicle and access to two electrical power sockets within 25 meters of our vehicle. We cannot carry out work without suitable parking.

 

  • If your alloys or calipers have been refurbished or sprayed previously we must be notified prior to booking as this may affect the quality of our work. AlloyTech will not be held responsible for imperfections caused due to this.

 

  • Customers must be made aware that where severe damage and/or corrosion is present there may be the possibility that minor blemishes and/or imperfections may remain.

 

  • AlloyTech will not be held liable for unremovable wheel nuts – a fee will be charged plus loss of deposit if we cannot carry out work due to this.

 

  • To secure your booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

 

  • Cancellations made within two weeks of your booking date will result in deposit loss. Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to your booking will incur a deposit refund.

 

  • No tyre shine is to be used up to a week prior to work being carried out, this can affect the quality of our work.

 

  • Caliper Refurbishment is weather dependant, therefore AlloyTech reserves the right to re-arrange booking dates.

 

  • Customer must be present at the agreed booking time, if later than 30 minutes a fee will be charged.

 

  • Due to changes in traffic, the customer must be made aware of potential changes in prior agreed times, the customer will be kept fully updated if this is the case.
